Why should I choose The Lavender Pantry?

All our crockery has been chosen over time with care to create the most beautiful collection and loaned to you with love. I can cater for up to 100 guests and will think of every detail and share my wisdom and flair to help you create a truly memorable experience.

How much do I charge for delivery and collection?

Delivery and collection is free within 10 miles of RH10. Unfortunately the car needs fuel so for a small charge of 50p per mile applies when outside this area.

What happens if I break something or it gets lost whilst on loan?

We understand accidents happen and that’s why we ask for a £50 damage deposit. This is refunded within 48hours after hire if no damage or loss is found. However, we have a list of charges to cover replacing the items should a mishap occur.

How long can I hire the items for?

The standard period of hire is 3days (36 hours) but if you should wish to have a little longer please ask in advance and I am sure we will be able to help.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope, you can order as little or as much as you need.

Do I need to wash the items before giving them back?

I can do this for you, however please remove any food scraps before carefully packing them away.

Can I select the exact crockery I would like to hire?

I’m afraid this is not possible. I do make sure the pieces complement one another and colours tend to be fairly soft and pale.

How can I make a booking with The Lavender Pantry?

Please complete a booking form online. Please include the number of guests attending, drop off and pick up date and an idea of what you require in the message box. Once I have this, I will then contact you with a quote outlining my recommendation. The more information you can supply me with the better

How do I pay The Lavender Pantry?

Ideally payment would be made to my Natwest account. Details will be provided when securing your booking and receipt will be emailed to you.
